Butterfly Valve

A butterfly valve is an excellent valve for regulating as well as separating the flow of the fluids: liquids, gases & slurries. It has a disc in the center which can spin to open and close the valve. When the disc is parallel to the ends of the valve it shuts the flow. But when it is perpendicular to the ends of the valve it allows the flow of fluids. The disc can swivel a little at a time hence the valve can opened gradually to throttle the flow.

This range of product includes Wafer Type Butterfly Valves, Lugged Type Wafer Type Butterfly Valves, Wafer Type Butterfly Valves, C.S Wafer Type Butterfly Valves, Control Type Butterfly Valves and C.I Butterfly Valves. They offer restrained flow control, bi-directional flow regulation. We manufacture these valves as per BS 5155/API 609.

Our valves are offer excellent functioning, good stability at higher temperature, and have high tensile strength. The rust and corrosion proof stainless steel disc of the valves have very smooth surface, with almost no metal-to-metal abrasion and make certain that the disc freely and easily moves for proper operations of the valve .The materials employed in manufacturing these valves include Alloy Steel, Stainless Steel, and Ductile Iron etc.
